Psych-K, short for Psychological Kinesiology, is a therapeutic process that combines principles from neuroscience, psychology, and various energy healing modalities. It's designed to quickly and easily change subconscious beliefs that are limiting your self-esteem, relationships, job performance, and even your physical health.

 

The process involves muscle testing and various techniques to communicate with the subconscious mind and change beliefs that may be holding you back. These beliefs are often formed in childhood and can affect your behavior and emotions as an adult.
